Sapporo is the name of a large, famous city in Japan which is know for it`s beer. These old retro hand drawn advertisements can be found here. Plus some Asian Retro pin up stuff.

Using barley grown from seeds which spent five months onboard the International Space Station in 2006, Sapporo created a limited Space Barley brew. The project was a joint one between the Russian Academy of Sciences, Okayama University, and Sapporo. Tasters described the flavor as no different from similar beers, which researchers point to as important in showing that producing food in space for long duration flights is possible. Six packs of the space beer were sold in a lottery system at a price of 10,000 yen which converts to about $110, or almost $19 a bottle
