The British have rejected the New World Order!

British withdrawal from the European Union, often shortened to Brexit (a portmanteau of "British" or "Britain" and "exit") - #Brexit

The voters in England and Wales shocked the world by voting to take the United Kingdom out of the European Union. They chose to leave the largest economic marketplace in the world (larger than even the United States or China) -- a market where they enjoyed very favorable trade policies with other European countries (and through the E.U., the rest of the world). The vote seems to have been spurred by a virulent anti-immigrant feeling and the fact that only the rich have recovered from the worldwide recession of 2008

On 5 June 1975 Britain held a referendum on the country’s continued membership of what was then the Common Market. The question was: “Do you think the UK should stay in the European Community (Common Market)?”

All countries that joined the EU in the last 15 years are on the receiving end, forcing the original members to pay more and more. Keep in mind that these numbers are hardly set in stone, different methodology yields greatly different results.

The UK's EU referendum: All you need to know. This BBC link is designed to be an easy-to-understand guide now that the UK has voted to leave the European Union.

U.K. Independence Party (UKIP) leader Nigel Farage decreed that June 23 would "go down in our history as our independence day," but despite the braggadocio, Britain – and, by default, the European Union – is entering unchartered waters. A break-up — after more than 40 years together — is never simple...

Brexit could also result in Scotland leaving the United Kingdom. The Scots voted recently to stay within the U.K., but that was on the understanding that the U.K. would be remaining in the European Union. Scotland voted heavily to stay in the E.U. and they are very unhappy that England and Wales are now going to take them out of the E.U. Scottish leaders are already calling for a new referendum on leaving the U.K., and it just might pass this time.

It is not surprising that Sarah Palin is all giddy and damp panties over this Brexit thing, after all it is driven by the same xenophobia and white outrage that is behind the Donald Trump campaign.

The powerful thing that divides Britain also divides America

Isolationism, religious intolerance, fear mongering, in many ways Brexit is a look into the crystal ball predicting what could happen in this country if we allow Donald Trump to win the White House.
